Your Custom Pit of Texas will be the conversation piece of the day.  These pits are hand made in Lubbock, Texas.    The cooking surface is 12" X 16" for a total of 192 square inches and made out of  solid 3/8" steel bars.  All pits come with heat resistant paint and heat resistant handles, adjustable smoke stack to regulate heat,  and side vents for airflow.  These are not the light weight pits you buy at the store.  They are made of strong 12 gauge steel and will last a lifetime.
